Hi there. I currently have the Jack Lalanne Juicer, but it is such a hassle to clean! Does anyone know of the easiest juicer to clean, which also gets out the most juice? I'm thinking of buying a second one...- Re: easiest juicer to clean? magic_glitter

I have a Breville juicer, and it's easy to clean. You just stick an old grocery bag in the pulp container so it collects all the pulp, and after you juice you just rinse the lid and plastic thingy that holds the mesh extractor in place, and then you rinse and scrub the mesh extractor like you do any juicer. Then throw the pulp bag away and you're done! Takes 2 minutes. Every few days I stick all the detachable parts in the dishwasher for a good cleaning. - Re: easiest juicer to clean? wheatgrass yogi

If you're talking about a Centrifugal Juicer, like the Jack LaLanne, then they're all pretty difficult to clean. I have an Omega 4000 which I've grown accustomed to, like an old pair of shoes, so I don't mind cleaning it.

Grassman....I've owned the 1000 watt Breville Juice Fountain Elite. I found the feed-tube too large and the cutter-plate too small to work together properly. My Omega 4000 has a smaller tube and a larger plate, and works together much better. I must admit the Breville has very dry pulp. Have you tried an Omega 4000?

I agree, I have the Breville Juice Fountain and it's really easy to use and clean, and has good juice output, but it's one drawback is the plate. You can fit really big things through the chute, but that doesn't mean the cutter is able to handle it all! I find the more you overload it the pulpier the juice gets, and sometimes pieces of fruit/veggies get stuck in the cutter and clog it when overloaded. On the other hand, the Breville is good value for the money - I got mine for $100 and for an extra $15 I got an extended warranty. Serious juicers and fasters may want to graduate to an Omega or Greenstar. Depends on what you're looking for.

This is a reply to # 848,972Yes, I think you are right Breville juicers are super easy to clean, specially the Breville Juice fountain. It's designed so that it it super easy to disassemble and clean

This is a reply to # 848,544The Breville Juice Fountain! Not only am I delighted in how easy it cleans up, but also in the larger chute. Juicing, and the cleanup, are now so much faster than my old machine.

Hi there. The easiest juicer to clean that gets the most juice (from veggies) is the Omega 8006. It can be cleaned in literally 90 seconds (1 1/2 minutes) and also gets way more juice than the Jack Lalanne juicer.
