It's a rough mix to get down. I used just a teaspoon of olive oil and 5 fresh squeezed lemons and 1 fresh squeezed orange plus 4 teaspoons of
Sugar to help get it down. Seemed to help flush fairly well. I believe I had both an infection and a stone. The infection seemed to flush out, although the stone didn't come out for another week.
The lemon juice seems more helpful for gall stones, which I had, also.
Without knowing how big the
kidney stone was to begin with, I can't really be sure if the lemon juice helped break it up or not, really. I figured it was worth trying, though.
If you ever get gall stones, use the lemon juice (5 lemons minimum), plus pick up a good liver/gall bladder rejuvinator, like from blessedherbs.com and eat soft food such as lentil beans, soups, etc. That worked for me, I passed 18 - 1/2
inch sized gall stones over 2 days, starting within 24 hours of starting the lemon juice and rejuvinator. I also took 1 bayer aspirin 325mg daily, which is supposed to help keep the fluids thinned out.
