PC, late last summer, Docta Dennis had me try milk thistle, said I should be ready ... lemme tell ya: I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE!!!!! AT the end of the recommended 16 days, I told him NO MORE. He told me I shoulda told him I was having probs ... MY FAULT!
Thing I see is this: I took tablets. You can even get or make tinctures and start with just a tiny bit and this is what he's recommending in his flush. This should detox the liver cells as you clean out the congestion. I wouldn't even start at his recommended dose, but lower.
I've stated here repeatedly that I've started having over-reaction to es. I'm seeking MY OWN way to keep moving stuff out of my liver without literally sitting in the bathroom for about 24 hours. I probably went to the bathroom between 50-100 times last weekend ... something there ain't working right!! It took flushing for about a year before this developed. Stop flushing? When my body is spontaneously throwing stones? I don't think stopping is the answer. I've got to find what my body is looking for!
I'm currently doing ALOT to detox my body and it's working.
Here's a list of my daily herbal supplimentation, all of it aimed at detox:
A.M.:
~3-4 Lower Bowel Balance (been on this since last Sept)
~3 chlorella (since late fall, early winter last year)
~2 kelp (just stated at the end of winter)
~1
oz of goji juice (for about a year)
~1 tablespoon of Liver/gallbladder cleanse or Itch Liver (since last fall)
~4 drops of oregano oil, 6 drops of olive leaf tincture in 1 tablespoon of varying plant oils (since early last fall)
~1/2 dropper of air restore - lung cleanser
~1/2 dropper of b,f&c (this one is to repair damage from a fall in dec)
1 table spoon of liquid lecithing/evoo
food and liquid intake:
PURE water, organic juices (I drink much more Lakewood organics than I juice myself ... centrafuge juicer I have makes juice foamy and I hate it - I want a Norwalk juicer but it's PRICY/I'll have to save up for it), and herbal teas made with the PURE water
I eat mostly raw fruit during daylight hours and hommus and good chips at night. (the hommus and chips will be phased out for more raw and whole foods)
Bedtime:
More of the LBB, chlorella, kelp, 2 tablespoons instead of 1 of lecithin and liver herbs.
I drink the hot lemonade anytime I want a something hot to drink when I'm at home.
I think the lemonade and the lecithin could be what's causing me to spontaneously pass stones.
