Can you substitute dried herbs for fresh herbs in herbal vinegar. If so, how much dried herb should you use? You wouldn't pack the jar completely full like you would with fresh herbs, would you?- Re: Using Dried Herbs for Vinegar MH 108

MoreThis is a reply to # 845,880I think the dry herbs would be much more powerful han the fresh and you can place as many herbs in the bottle as you desire.
