I wanted to start performing some enemas again, to help in the aid of healing my body..Just wondering how much salt i should put into my enema... The enema capacity is 2 quarts. Thanks for replies

  lol i found it on my own.. 1 teaspoon for every pint. which means 4 tsp for my 2 quart enema? jeez that sounds like a lot of salt.. that sound right? i put only about 2 tsp for my earlier enema..is this a bad thing... 4 tsp just seemed like a lot to me. :(
