I've been trying to find out which is the best CS Generator & just end up spending tons of time looking & ended up a bit baffled. So far I thought Sota's or Silver Puppy, but now I just found http://www.silvergen.com/ which sort of throws me again.
Most generators are Constant Current, but SilverGen says this isn't the way for quality CS.
I've also noticed that the silver rods come in at .999 or .9999 and yet someone says it ought to be .99999.

This is a reply to # 83,720The Silverpuppy and the Silvergen are both excellent. I give the nod to the Silverpuppy for ease of use. The round electrodes on the Puppy are easier to work with. The flat electrodes on the Silvergen get bent to easily. Both have same specs and very similar design. The Silverpuppy is smaller but can produce the same amount of CS (quart jar). Both have the Current Control feature so you get very good quality CS either way.

Or just make your own with the 3 9 volt batteries - can get a report at http://www.zapperplans.com I like to do it this way and make a gallon at a time. I use .999 silver ribbon. It takes about 24 hours to make my batch, but it's good stuff and does wonders.

No need to try to find out about the 5 nines either, 4 nines silver is always recommended and easy to get from reputable companies who also have websites and telephone numbers.

Edit:
I just thought of something else, the footers in the letter say they are on freeautobot for an auto-responder, which is kind of crummy, so maybe they are having trouble with it. Just a thought! Another things is, some auto responders don't like certain email accounts like juno or aol, or sometimes juno or aol (just for instance) don't let the letters come through.

Some places block things and send them to the junk folder before you can even read them (really annoying by the way) Also, if you can't find it there, try a differant email address.
