Just want to wish the best of luck. I too am taking this year to improve on my health and turn this boat around. I am on day 4. I plan on doing a Liver Flush after the MC, but I am going to search out all the forums to find the one that is most effective, because there are a lot of people that have shared their experiances in these forums, and so much information to sift through to see which one feels right with me. I hope all heals well.

As far as every other month on the Master-Cleanse diet, I really think the Master-Cleanse diet is quite safe.
