I am having some success with caprylic acid capsules too and virgin coconut oil along with the strict diet. Yesterday i was having major die off....feeling weak in te arms and legs and very dry eyes etc.and fuzzy head so i stopped the supplements yesterday and back on them today. Have you had die off?
I wonder if the spit test is a reliable way of checking when it is gone. Hey have you noticed that Sugar cravings have gone? I dont really crave Sugar too much.
