Hi
Thanks for all the information you have. I really do appreciate it. this has been a really hard summer for me and dog health. I had a lab litter with parvo. I gave all my outside dogs CS to prevent them getting parvo and it worked but the only dog I didn't give it to was my house dog because I thought she wouldn't get it. She doesn't even go in the back where the other dogs are. Well she got it 4 days ago. I have been doing CS enemas and orally and even though she is sick she is still eating and drinking on her own. She has about 4 bloody bowel movements a day but she is up and wagging her tail. I was hoping the CS would knock it out completely but the parvo is such a fast spreading virus that it was already in her good by the time I got to her. I am just thankful she is not at the vets on IVs. I think by the time the CS gets in her blood stream the parvo should be over with. Thanks for all your advice.
