There is a CG forum at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CG_exchange2/messages/ which should be better able to answer any questions than us. Beware of some of the stuff on google as some of the info there, particularly on some commercial sites, is greatly exaggerated, although there are some benefits from CG (makes you feel happier & less stressed, slightly improves concentration & poss intelligence - in my, subjective, personal experince) which are worth exploring if you're able to make your own or have a good source.
