I have a bottle of 200 tablets of:

RAD BLOCK KI
Radiation Blocking Tablets
Each Tablet Contains 65 MG
of Potassium Iodide (KI)
Which yields 50 MG of Iodine

Can these be used for an Iodine deficiency?

In reading some of the messages on this board, K2 was mentioned. Is K2 important?
