Hey Guys,
I had been having particularly severe OBs every 4-5 weeks for last about a year though I have been infected for last 20 odd years. I do not know what has triggered it but I suspect that my low back injury during a workout has something to do with it. I have been going through the messages on this forum and also trying out various suggestions but nothing seemed to work except suppressive therapy with Valtrex. i was really fed up when I came across urine therapy as a possible treatment. I could not muster the courage to do it when one morning I found red patches on the glans(I had stopped Valtrex just 5 days back). I knew instantaneously that a severe OB is in the offing which may last for almost a month.Perhaps that gave me the courage to start urine therapy.Surprises!By evening the patches remained like they were in the morning and had not developed into blisters.I continued next morning also. By next evening they seemed less ferocious.Third day morning I found only the bigger patches were left and they too had shrunk. By evening there were no patches left!This was about ten days ago.Since then I am continuing the treatment. Now I am trying stuff which normally triggers OBs to test the efficacy of this treatment.I do get that tingling sensation off & on but no OB till date and I am off Valtrex.Will keep you posted.

MoreThis is a reply to # 828,138I am drinking it as given out in numerous sites on urine therapy.First day 3 drops of midstream urine first thing in morning below the tongue. Second day 7 drops. Third day 7 drops in morning and evening also.This itself should give you dramatic results.Thereafter I am continuing once daily in the morning and slowly increasing the dosage. Now I am at approximately 30 ml dose.It is also having holistic health benefits besides herpes!It may give you few side effects like muscular pain, listlessness,fatigue etc but do not worry aa it means it is working just like in homoeopathy. Just reduce the dose if you like and increase again when you feel better.

crazy, even by curezone standards.
Weird how everyone who spouts forth a golden shower of love for urine therapy has never asked another question at curezone.
they simply appear, ramble about urine therapy for a second, and then disappear.
I wish you well though suspect you will be yet another example of such an occurance.

I am sure no sane person would like to consume his own pee unless he has become desparate or utterly frustrated with the constant suffering the damn disease makes you undergo.I have found relief with urine therapy and so thought to share with with others.If you got better or more effective remedy, please share with us.I'll switch over.As regards the disappearance of UT proponents from curezone site, maybe they no longer require to hunt for a treatment after adopting the urine therapy.
Update on my progree with the therapy - I am consuming liquor daily for last 4 days and no OBs (which otherwise used to break me out in two days).However, occasional tingling is present which too seems to be tapering off.My low backache of last 10 months is getting better too which otherwise was resisting heat treatment, exercises, radio therapy and what not.I now suspect strongly that either backache is due to herpes or vice versa.- Re: outbreak stopped in its tracks! #37202

This is a reply to # 835,497Collect midstream morning urine in a clean cup and measure out your dose with a dropper and administer directly beneath your tongue.Count the number of drops to keep a track of the quantity you are taking.It tastes salty and you may like to dilute it in water initially till you overcome your disgust.I am drinking it directly with a measuring glass now as my quantity has reached 50 ml.I am getting tingling sensation as I am testing the efficacy to limits by doing everything i am not supposed to do to avoid OBs.But the positive thing is that tingling sensation is not coming to same site again.Let's see.I will keep you posted.Try it and you'll not regret it.

This is a reply to # 829,434Urine therapy does work for herpes. It may not cure it once and for all, but it does prevent outbreaks and heal sores in record time (5-7 days max for me, last I remember).
Check my posts since 3 years ago about using urine to treat herpes.
For those who don't want to drink urine, you can soak the sores in urine in a container or apply a urine-soaked bandaid. Use whatever means required.
The first relief proves itself in the absence/reduction of pain. This means the inflammation has stopped.
The second relief comes in drying of sores and skin regrowth on the sores prior to healing.
By the 3rd/4th day, all pain are non-existant. Any new sores will dry up before becoming blisters.
It's best to do a combo of both (ingesting urine & soaking sores in urine).
It does not matter to anyone else if they don't believe in this course of treatment. What's important is people suffering from herpes can get relief and peace of mind. That alone is worth proceeding with this method.
