G'day all.... just wanted to set up a thread for Aussie's with morg. Know of sufferers in South Australia, Queensland (Brisbane, Townsville).... you are not alone - there is hope.. let's band together. I have contacted my local government and they were very interested - followed up with State government awareness....however they have many other things on their agenda..... Please let up know where you are, symptoms and how long you have had it for.... Can tell you from personal expeience - massage with olive oil and bergamont, carry a bottle of tea tree oil everywhere you go ,..... for ones in your nose use a Vicks stick - live minimalisticly (???).... clean out everything you don't need and drink lots of clean water.. and do all the good food things....
Anyhow - would like to hear from you - you never know there may be someone in your town you can meet up with and give each other support and help. (I am feeling pretty good - but it has taken lots!!! of work - cleaning , washing, eating, saunas, throwing out nearly everything I had in my wardrobe.... but there is hope ..

This is a reply to # 827,863I am not a sufferer YET, but I imagine it will spread (only a matter of time, most likely). There have been reports of bedbugs here in the U.S. in hotels and residences. I haven't heard of any follow up on those problems (might be hushed up). There is probably no reason to rule out the possibility that this is a result of common bedbugs. It would be reasonable to think doctors don't want to publicize a failure to stop a crisis and health officials would also want to cover it up in order to prevent panic in schools and public places wherever people gather. Have you had any reports of bed bug infestations?Advertisement

This is a reply to # 828,534I think the same thing (that it's not COMMON organisms of any kind), but I also haven't heard of health officials claiming Morgellon's effects farm animals or pets. Did it spread to Australia or is Australian Morgellon's different?

This is a reply to # 828,584I've had mine for a year - and I agree - this is no bed bug It is typified by the bites by things you cannot see - when you put your finger where the bite is you can sometimes feel a small grain or even a black dot which is impossible to squash. it then developed into a few months of 'frenzied' bites - usually worse at night - no respite - it then developed into expelling of the black filliments and the grains of 'grit' - after 'hours' of intense massage.
I've discussed this in greater length in other threads.... I seem to be the only one in my region that has this affliction. (I had a compromised immune system due to long hours of work) - none of my family have this ..... and they are all althletes and ultra fits - they are sympathetic while I am there - but I am sure they think it could be psycho- sematic - they are not there at night time when they really kick in or after I have massaged the grains or filliments out.... My brother keeps trying to convince me that maybe...just maybe it's all in your mind..... ehhh... I was so thankful to find this site a while ago -
Oh.... just a question - how many rolls of sticky tape have you gone through caturing the evidence - the little black dots and the fibers etc...... I'm up to my third big roll. Each night I make a collection of my specimens .....I shake the clothes I wore that day over the white sink and see how many 'black dots' there are. (Is anyone else doing this????) -
I must say due to constant cleaning and wiping and washing etc.. and massaging and wiping my skin with tea tree oil and deep pore cleanser I am having a much better time - it is a constant ritual (that to anyone on the outside could look quite mental) but my 'specimens" keep building up so it is a real affliction.
Also - what time do most of you with morgellons get to bed as I find them most active at night? I am a school teacher and most nights are early mornings - usually after 3.30 pm - and then I have to rely on an early morning wake up call to ensure I get to work on time....I'm amazed I'm functioning at the capacity I am!
Any more Aussies out there ?????

This is a reply to # 828,597I'm not an Aussie, I live in Florida. The news reports I've seen claim most of the people who have this in the US are teachers or nurses. My father thinks I'm totally off my rocker, so you are not alone in the everyone thinks I'm nuts department. I've removed all manner of weird fibers, black specks hard and tar like ones, things that look like spider webs, things that look like bugs ect. I don't save them, I try not to look at them any more. I just concentrate on getting them off and out of my skin. If you take your samples to the doc they will think you are crazy too.
I started doing oil pulling (see curezone forum), followed by brushing my teeth and inside of my mouth with soap. I feel this has help alot. I've just started the Beck stuff, see Zapper Forum . I shall let you know how that goes. I also do all the cleaning and oil on my body and rubbing the stuff out of my skin. I use alot of H202.
Notalone who was posting here is an Aussie. She hasn't posted in awhile, in one of her last post she mentioned rain, I hope is she is not where there is flooding.

Thanks to Anna for your post. I live in North Queenland where all the flooding is -My bush school was cut off due to the flooding for a few day...the rain has stopped for the moment which is good but now we have two cyclones off the coast (hope they blow themselves out).
I am wondering how I am still able to function as this is an exhausting condition with all the cleaning, massaging and constant 'nervous system' stimuli due to the random 'bites' etc.... What annoys me is that it takes over your dominant thoughts.
The news headlined today that there was an outbreak of anthrax on an Australian farm with the farmer being hospitalized. He is being treated with lots of Antibiotics etc.. and they expect him to make a full recovery. I wish someone could say that there is a similar cure to those suffering from this affliction.
Just staying on top of it is financially, emtionally and physically exhausting.
I did have one week over the period of a year that I was 'morgellon' free. It was amazing how quickly and utterly I forgot about it.... only to be fully reminded when it made it's presence known again.
Went to bed a 12.30 am last night after massagin my arms and torso for a good hour - lots of 'grits' few blck fillaments......lasted until 4.00am - woke up being 'bitten' like mad - massaged again with oil..... off to work....
Am keeping up with all my 'stuff' - intend to have a better night tonight!!

You hit the nail on the head, it sure does take over you dominate thoughts. It brings new meanning to OCD. I am for the time being, hopefully forever past the biteing and itching stage of this demon. I no longer have cocoons coming out of my skin and I havn't seen any spider web things lately. I still have black specks, things that are like grains of salt, last week I went through pimples on my chin that felt like they were full of chards of glass, thank goodness that's gone. I still have radom fibers that look like hairs, but they're not.
Here are some things that have helped me. Lots and lots of water, hydration is really important when it comes to this stuff. Check out the Water Cure . Make sure your salt intake is good. I use alot of Seasalt . Vitamin C, I've taken 10 to 20 grams a day, maybe more. Maybe start with 5 or 10 grams and work your way up. I've made myself detox too fast and it was awful. You might want to avoid that. Extra vitimin A, E, and also I think MSM has helped me, but you can detox too fast with that as well. Drink pure cranberry juice, you can dilute it with water, but if you can stand to drink it straight do it as it seems to have more power. I started oil pulling awhile back and that is helping check out that forum. B vitimins might help with your energy level. One thing that pulled me from the brink of death was liver support. I took liver caps made by a local herb lady, they consisted of Oregon grape root, milk thistle, dandelion root, wild yam and licorice root. Last but not least Zinc and magnesium. You might try taking arnica, that makes me sleep. Goldenseal is another, I drank the tea and used the teabags on my sores. Slightly damp goldenseal teabag on the sore covered in plastic wrap left on several hours will draw the infection out. I already mentioned cayenne in another post.
Now for the outside. If you can get to the ocean, go. A few hours in sea water works wonders for this stuff. The seawater really draws it out of your body, that has been one of the best things for me. Salt scrubs, epsoms salt are good. Gentain voilet stop the itching, but leaves you purple. still veryuseful when all else fails. You can soap up and put it on the suds, scrub and rinse it off, that helps and doesn't stain you, maybe a little bit where the infection is bad. It wears off in time no matter what. I also use a beonite clay mix with applecider vinegar made into a paste, really pulls the stuff out and relieves itching. That's at

As for antibotics I've had alot of them, they have not work and at times have made me alot worse. So maybe we are better off with out them. Personally I think they are what morphed this into a hard to kill demon.
I'm sleeping better, at least this week, I have to make an effort though.

This is a reply to # 829,666Thank's so much for your post Anna - I managed to get to sleep at around 12.30am this morning but was woken up again at 4.00am with the itching..!!! (I have to constantly arrange an 'early morning wake up call" as I'm scared I'll sleep in..
I need to be packed and ready for work and in the car by 7:00 as my school is a way out.... all this interrupted sleep and full on day is going to take its toll - I get home around 5.30 and then the cleaning starts... and the washing ... and preparing lessons etc for the next day . ...etc.
I've got lots of little red 'thread' lines under my skin 1cm - 2cms in length and have some painful red dot spots on my hands and arms (very small - like pin pricks). My skin is too sore and 'fragile' to massage it any more
I'll get some Bentonite clay on the weekend and I'll try the honey and cayene pepper after I post this - I'll read more about the bob beck protocol after I've put the honey and cayene pepper mixture on me as I'm itching at the moment... thanks so much - I'll try anything.
Anna - do you know of any natural spray you can mix up to 'kill' the stuff in the air? Even though I've cleaned the place within an inch of its life at times, I feel as if they are still in the air (sounds crazy) . I feel like spraying pure tea tree oil into the air - but I'm concerned I'm going through too much of the stuff - in the last two weeks I've massaged 300mls of the stuff into my skin as well as other pore cleansers and loads of olive oil...
I was glad to hear you got out on your horse and that your leg was feeling better... makes you feel normal again doesn't it..
We have cyclones hovering around us at the moment and the wind outside is rattling my lounge room window (they're big glass windows !!!) - the weather bureau said that hopefully they will petter out... (hope so!)
I'll read more about the 'Bob Beck Protocol' after I put the 'mixture' on....
Thanks once again for all the recommendations you made - I'll make a list and go out on Saturday an stock up.

Hope you are feeling better. Has the weather improved? I hope so, two nice days in a row here, sweet. Sorry I didn't post sooner, but I fell asleep on the couch early last night. Did you get any help from the honey and cayenne? Your skin sounds really irratated. I used olive oil, then tried extra virgin coconut oil and the coconut oil worked best for me. Have you tried putting vit E right on the sores? That and vit A on them helped me some. Have you soaked your hands in salt water? Cold showers are helpful in stopping the itching. This one is painful but it works pretty good, pour H202 on your breakouts and leave it as long as you can stand it and then wash it off for 45 seconds with an anti biotic soap, and then apply your oil. You might want to stop rubbing your skin so much, at least till it feels better.
Thought about the air thing. How about spraying H202 in air, seems like that would kill them, I've used eucalypus oil, and burnning sage seems to help, but maybe that's the Indian in me. Jojoba oil is good, you might want to try that on your skin. Do aloe plants grow there? I eat the gel inside the leaves and it has helped me kill alot of this stuff applying it topically.
Take a break from the cleanning spray everything with H202, or alcohol and forget about it. Put everything that reminds you of this away until you need to use it, seeing skin products all over my house made me think about it more, even though I wasn't paying attention to them. Feng Shui I say. I bought a crystal, some healing rocks and made a windchime. Did it help? I don't know, looking at the patterns of light from the crystal is very soothing, the rocks are pretty to look at cool and smooth and the windchimes sound nice when a breeze hits them and it all helps me not to think about my skin.
I haven't worked in over a year. I was in food service, so I didn't feel right feeding people with something I could pass on. How do you like teaching? I've thought that could be a great job. Be happy you can stll work. Count your blessings
Exercise, it does all kinds of good things for the body and the mind. MSM is a kind of sulfur, there is a forum on curezone for that. I think there is a forum for everythin here. Keep praying, I'm praying for you. The sun is shinning, the dogs are barking I got to go. Check out the post on the MRSA forum about manuka honey, if it can help that stuff it might help this, maybe.

Thanks for your post Anna - I tried the cayene pepper and honey - rubbed it in - it felt quite soothing (ended up eating 3 tea spoons of the stuff!). School was good - managed to get through the week but yesterday (Saturday - woke up huge sinus headache and languished the day away - much tea tree oil etc. was used.
Today - woke up feeling really good. Went to the markets and bought fresh limes. Came home and cleaned the house for two hours. You should have seen what came out of my inner forearms after 2 hours of mopping!!!! My arms looked like they were growing fur! (I am not at all hairy)!! I massaged them towards my palms and then came the 'grits' -- ohhh well.... better out than in. It still amazes me that this stuff can be inside your skin and you can't see it until it emerges.
I couldn't get to the shops to get the clay (will do that on Monday afternoon). Yes we do grow aloe vera - a friend of mine has it going at their place. You said you eat the inner gel? I'll give that a go too!
I'm going to go down to the sea this afternoon and have a swim... I'm always amazed at the amout of 'fur' that comes out after a swim. The two cyclones pettered out and we have had the most beautiful blue skies... thank goodness.. it was hard work keeping the kids indoors all week while it rained... they were ready to bounce off the walls if they didn't get outside. Run free my little ones......!!!!! Thank goodness the sun is out and they can have recess! (and we can 'defrag'!)
I like your idea of healing rocks (that I can relate to)...whenever I've needed 'comfort' I've instinctly gone out and collected a rock and brought it home. It's an abstract connection between the thought that 'God spoke the word and the heavens leapt into being' .... it's a 'concrete' connection to something very ancient. Like you I believe prayer and visualising is very healthy and I believe it sets up a kind of 'circuitry' that mutually benefits. I keep you in my prayers Anna and thank you for yours and your helpful recommendations.
I've printed out your post Anna (It's like a shopping list!). I've put most of the things away and am livining the life of a minimalist (but it's good to have the stuff on hand when times are bad).

So glad the cayenne and honey worked for you. Maybe your sinus headache was signs of a die off, I hope so. I think that might be what the grit is. I still am amazed at what comes out of my skin, it is neverending it seems. Often it is when I get the blood pumping, but it's hard to get moving with the fatigue.
We get the blue skies here after the hurricanes, and they are so welcomed. Hope you made it to the ocean, I went one day last week. The water temperature was 65 so I didn't last very long, even so it helped.
Well what about the rocks, that about knocks my socks off. I pick up a rock, from every place I go, outside of Florida. The rocks here are not very interesting, so when I leave the state I'm always looking. North Carolina is the best so far. We're like kindra spirits, worlds apart. Rocks and morgellons, what a combo.
I was looking at the lymes forum and some of those bugs look like what I've seen coming out of me, most definitly the starfish things and the cocoon looking thing. Have you look at any of those pics? I was tested for lymes and that came back neg.
Oh well.
I just finished my first week on the Becks protocol. I have been sleeping alot more, maybe that is a good sign. I haven't had any breakouts, alot of grit though.
I've had more energy some days, than I've had in awhile. I shall remain hopeful, it's to soon to know for sure if it is working.
I found an angel pin made out of mother of pearl, I hung it on a curtain and every time I see it I say a prayer for you. I started getting better after two of my consins prayed for me, I believed that works the best.

School has been really busy - settling into the new year... I come home quite tired and flop.. I can relate to the 'grit etc.' coming out when you get the blood pumping - mopping does it for me. I mop and clean the house every second night - just feel as if that could help - not sure it does though..
Our cyclones have gone too - blue skies but noon moonsoon build-up. There's something in rocks...(loved the little angel pin idea - thanks for the thoughts and prayers Anna - I'll have to get a little 'Anna' stone!...)
Sleep is still an issue as I am scraping and massaging and washing my skin trying to get as much of the 'grits' etc. out of my skin - they seem to kick in more around 8.00pm at night and continue on until 2.30am by which time I am utterly exhausted. I am up and down - constantly scratching and going to the bathroom to have 'another' go at getting them out..... ohh when will this end!
Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday!...

Hope you are well. How's everything going? I've just gotten home from school and am about to go out to a school function (dinner at a restaurant). I hope they have something 'fresh and clean' on the menue. Thought I'd just check in and see if you are 'progressing' or 'regressing'.
I can't remember what you said about your leg, but about 4 days ago,(after a particularly bad night), I massaged out things that looked like 'flies' from my forearms ..... they are actual insects. I photographed them and have them on tape ....whoooooo...this is getting really creepy...how can they be living in my skin? I remembered you saying something about 'worms'(?) coming out of your foot?...whooooo...I just want to clean myself out properly...school is TOO busy to eat or drink properly let alone go to the toilet...well...
Easter in a few days so I'll try and do a detox then. My health is really becoming a priority.
How's the job front going? I do wish you all the best in any endeavour you undertake.

Thanks, for the concern. I'm feeling alright, I went to the salt springs last week and finally the beach weather is setting in, went there today. That seems to help alot. I hope I get over this before I'm too old to swim in the ocean. Maybe I could go to a rest home on the beach, that would cost like a half million a year I bet. I still have weird stuff coming out of my skin, not as much, and not as painful as in the past.
So you have flies too. I had one that I got out of the side of my face. It had wings and legs. How gross is this? I had them fly into my nose, how many times has this happened and I didn't notice, I don't know. I wear a hankie over my nose and mouth when I'm out with the horses. Someone posted somewhere on curezone they had one fly out of their mouth. The morgellon researcher on rense said people sent alot of flies along with their fibers. We may have bots. I've been tempted to worm myself along with my horses. There were alot of drain flies at the resturant I worked at and I see alot of really small flies all over the place now, I don't remember these being around years back. Then again I am hyper aware of all this stuff these days. I can feel the smallest thing on my skin now, and I notice all bugs about.
I had worms come out of my leg at the doctor's office. I had been given a steriod for what she thought was a spider bite. After the steriod my ankle swelled way up and I wrapped it in red cabbage, which is great at drawing stuff out of an abcess. I had used it on horses several times, always had good results, the horses never had worms come out of them. Anyway went to the doctors from work and when the nurse took off the bandage there they were. I'm sure they thought they were from the cabbage, never had that from the horses. Another time I woke up in the middle of the night and saw them coming out of the palm of my hand, the next morning I thought that was a dream, but I noticed I had painted that spot on my hand with gentian violet. I havn't seen them for a long time, thank God! The flies are more recent. Flies start out as eggs, then worms and finally flies, so I don't know. And then there are the black specks, the body bugs video from South Florida, where the husband bought the high powered microscope those were snails. Anyway my current stand is they are only bugs and I will defeat them.
My nose is still running, I couldn't believe the infection that was going on in my sinuses. The gentian violet up the nose was painful, but helped clear alot of it out of my head. Everything coming out now is clear so I take that as a good sign. I'm out of Vit C, but have been taking cat claw and MSM. Need more C. Also been using alot of Aloe, it worked for Jesus.
Be careful with the doctors, don't let them talk you into taking random Antibiotics or fugus medication. Insist on a culture and sensitivity test. You have to be careful. Was that fellow you talked to operating on his self before or after he went to the doctor? Just be careful, I have gotten worse after doctor treatments, so many times and I know if I had blindly did what they said I don't think I would be here now.
I decided I would just let the work issue go for awhile. And when I'm well I plan on just being well and enjoying not working for a little while. I have been poor before and I have found out there are worse things.

I was glad to hear you were feeling ok and that the symptoms have eased off a 'bit'. Dinner last night was ok..we went to an African themed restaurant .... then moved on to a coffee shop round the corner for desert...mmmmm....got home around 11.00pm and then stayed up until around 2.00 (doing the usual...)
My apartment has 'something' in the air. A few weeks ago I took a photo of some white filiament 'fibers' that were on the piano lid. The strange thing was that each one was 'perfectly' aligned 'east/west' if you can believe it! I blew the photo up and each once resembled a broken piece of filiment fiber (very smooth surfaces) there were possible about a thousand small white filiaments.... I had cleaned my house thoroughly about two days before and wiped down all the surfaces of the piano.... where did these come from...am I expelling them through my skin? I also noticed them on closer inspection all over the floor.(you had to see the floor on the right angel in direct sunlight)..I took four different photos of the piano and enlarged them and every fiber (though completely separate from the other) was perfectly aligned "east/west"...bizaar! I also feel similar things on my skin when I am sitting at the computer... you know... those little round seed type granuals...(I can feel myself breathing them in when I am in my apartment).
How freaky was that when the worms were coming out of your foot...whoa....clever girl for thinking to use cabbage to draw them out... I think we 'intuit' what is best for us...You are absolutely right about the doctor situation... I have the expensive anti-funal cream sitting in front of me... (don't know if I'll use the rest of it".... this is the first thing I have taken that has been given by a doctor (and only after it had been recommended to me by the other lady suffering morgellons in Australia - (spoke to her once on the phone).....her symptoms sounded horendous...really scary stuff...
That news video of the lady in South Florida was quite alarming....very similar to what we have been going through...can relate to the 'bug bits' and now the flies! ekkkk.... however I have not had any leisons for quite a while...I massaged my 'insects''flies' out... they must have been very well folded in on themselves..they stung quite a bit while I was massaging them out...along with the small black fibers and granuels....(full moon last night and I half expected to have a really bad time. the lady down south said these things breed on the cycle of the moon...spose I was out socializing in airconditiong so I didn't notice anything until I came home.
I too have lots of 'minute' flying insects... soooo tiny... I had some water in a dish on the sink that I left out overnight and in the morning there were 3 tiny winged insects floating on top... I have never had anything like this....I would have expected the odd moth or regular fly maybe, but not these things....
I know what you mean about being hyper aware and sensitive. I can feel when one of these 'seed' things 'land' on me (don't know if they are floating in the air or I am expelling them through my skin)....wierd... oh yeh....those 'white filiaments' I had on the piano....I have them on the dash of my car as well! and they are once again... all aligned in the same direction when I get into the car in the morning... (I thoroughly cleaned the car a few days prior to them being there... makes me think I must be 'expelling' them naturally thorugh my skin....they are quite small...I am beginning to think they must be 'electrially charged' to make them align the exact same same way....this is strange stuff...Nothing I have ever been into and would have frowned on people who talked about stuff like this...but now it is happening to me....how do you rationalise stuff you cannot rationalise...?
I'm watching House on tv at the moment (a fictional doctor show) and there are three people working on figuring out what condition this patient has...and they will solve it within the hour... oh if the 'powers that be' would find a cure for this....dohhh!
Your sinuses sound really bad....I can relate (but not recently)...mine used to flow with a clear liquid......I would walk around all day with a vicks sniffer stick stuck up my nose.(It would help but I think I often overdosed myself on the stuff ... hee! hee!)..man those sinus headaches and attacks are bad...my heart goes out to you. That gentian violet must have really attacked what was up there.
I was glad to hear you got to the salt springs - hey.... you are never too old to swim in the sea...I wish I could teleport you over here...my place is right on the beach...very calm waters...I only swim once a week though...too tired...etc. I have to stick work out for as long as I can...(too many bills to pay)... You have the right idea though Anna...there are worse things than being poor... I just think I'd better keep working while I can still function ...I live in the hope that I will beat this thing...(last day tomorrow...then a few days off .. yehhh!)

Hi Bunty,
You were the bright spot in my day today. You live right on the beach, how great is that. I think you should be sea bathing more often though, most of my health books recomend like six times a week. I know one hour in the ocean get more of this stuff out of my skin, than all the rubbing, creams, H202, ect does in a day. Maybe a dip in the sea after school a few more days a week might make a difference. Could speed up your recovery time. I sure it does mine, I have made the most progress soaking in the sea and springs.
I went through a time with the eltromagnetic worms, my husband thought I had lost my mind. That was just so weird. I had one that was stained with gentian voilet, jump to another spot and bore itself in. They were all over the place. They are gone now. So maybe yours will leave too. They were different from the leg worms, the leg worms being fatter and wiggilly and not have magnetic qualities. All the more reason you should soak in the sea more.
My advice on the fly thing, keep your drains covered when you aren't using them, they come up from the drain. Some are just drain flies, but some of them who knows. Beside your good chi goes down the drain when they are left open.
You mentioned the being tired, I've been eatting a tablespoon of black strap mollassas once a day and I think that is helping, also the bee pollen. You said bee pollen didn't help, I think it is the B vitimins in the bee pollen that gives me the energy. Don't know if you are taking extra B, might give that a try. Lack of iron causes tiredness, the mollassas works if that is the problem. Glad you are leasion free, I think that is a sign you are on the down side of this awful stuff.
I watch House as well, one of my favs, to bad things don't work like that in the real world. The real docs really like the fungus creams, I have all kinds of them. It like they work the first time I use them and then after that they become useless. This stuff figures out how to not get kill by what you use awful quick it seems to me. I switch products all the time and that seems to help. It has a hard time with the aloe and coconut oil, along with a few other things.
I hope you are able to keep working, the world needs good teachers. You are getting better, one day this is going to be just a memory and we will feel like we never were sick. I will send lots of healing energy your way tomorrow.

Was glad to hear from you. Thank you for your input re: the 'polarized worms'...I'm sure that is what was 'stinging' me. I'm so glad you could relate...and the advice about plugging up the sinks etc. It's Easter Sunday here.... will get some of the black strap mollassas when next the shops are open.
I have not moved from the couch since Thursday afternoon when I got home from work. I had one of those 'travelling' headaches... it started on the left temple and took about 48 hours to travel to the other side...I could pinpoint where it was in its migration at any time... It got to my neck at about 1pm today and just seemed to dissipate,(thank goodness). I brought a chair into the shower and sat there for about 10 minutes just letting the hot water run over me (I am usually quite water conscious)...but I really needed this. I feel quite drained and have determined not to eat anything for a while but just drink juices and other liquids..
Played a few pieces on the piano and felt better...'Clair de lune' was one...so beautiful (wish I could do it justice though!)...there's something about music that makes me feel good...
Will try and get down to the beach in the next few days while I am on my break....you're right...it really is the best therapy...
My skin is all clear at the moment and the 'stinging' things seem to have abaited. Have not massaged anything out of my skin (which is great!). I don't know if the weather has anything to do with it, but it's been getting cooler lately... may have something to do with it...
You sound as if you are getting it together Anna...becoming a real 'Earth Mother'...
getting back 'in-tune'....this is where the 'cures' are going to come from I feel. People like us who have gone through this 'strange affliction'...makes us return to what is natural and true...may help others who read this thread and give these natural products a go... hope they receive relief as well....it's hard to mount a defence when you really don't know who your nemisis is though...I can relate about having to change products on a frequent basis...seems to keep it on its toes...
Well Anna, I'm going to venture out and get the Sunday papers...(and just check and see if the world is still there!)...
