Ok, after completely eliminating every
Sugar and medium-high GI GL food from my diet and loading up on anti fungals,
Colloidal Silver , candigest, organic garlic, cloves, oxygen elements, caprylic acid etc etc, I have found that the candida was still receiving a food source from somewhere within my diet...
I have now identified the culprit... its the toothpaste... I use a "herbal toothpaste" "Aloe Dent Aloe Vera" its a UK toothpaste as I'm from the UK, however upon reading the label I note it contains sorbitol.... Oh my oh my....
Anyhow, can anybody please point me in the direction of a toothpaste that doesnt contain anything that candida will feed upon?
Ive heard about brushing with sodium bicarbonate, however I have also heard that this can destroy your enamel if you use it too regular.. Can you use Sod Bicarb and if so how much, how frequent and for how long? Is it worth just going back onto regular toothpaste containing
SLS if it doesnt contain any artificial sweetners?
Its not just a case of feeding the oral candida, as the candida is growing in the saliva because of its oral point of feeding and this leads to the potential of esophageal issues. Its possible that the sorbitol could be getting through a small entry point at the base of a tooth in my mouth and therefore gains acess to the various glands around the lower jaw including submandibular, parotid etc... I hope this can also alert other people to the dangers of toothpaste and cavities etc.
Please advise me on a solution for cleaning teeth and keeping breath fresh, much appreciated.
