I started doing some research a few days ago and came across this site. I have been reading for hours and have a few questions if anyone could please help me.
I have been constipated most of my life but I am at the stage now where I am in real pain from it. I am bloated and can go for a week or 2 without a BM. It has been 2 weeks now, so I went and bought an enema a couple of days ago and it did nothing..
After reading these forums I have ordered some Oxypowder to start but was interested in the liver cleanse etc as well.
I know this sounds stupid but I cant do things like oil and Epsom Salts . I have tried and just end up bringing it back up.
Is there any tablets I can take that will do the same thing...for liver and kidney?

This is a reply to # 823,796i came across renewlife.com and their products seemed interesting. they have lots of cleansing products from general body to kidney, heavy metal (mercury) to liver. what's good too is the company owner is allegedly past president of some "herbal cleansing/nutrition association" so to me they have some credibility. i think their product are perfect for you especially if you have money to spend.
i'll probably use their kidney and mercury chelation products later. for now, i will try clark's LF.
anyway, has any of you people tried their products yet?

This is a reply to # 823,789I have comments on 2 situations here:
I was even a constipated child ... I tried the oxygen cleanser Homozon, the grandaddy of oxygen cleansers. It did work as long as I took it. It did nothing for healing my proplems, it relieved a symptom, so was like a Rx for me. I've switched to Lower Bowel Balance by the guy at the Ask Barefoot forum here. For the first time in my life, I feel peristolic action in my bowels.
The guy at Ask Barefoot also makes a kit that follows pretty much the Hulda Clark protocol for liver flushing, minus the tastes that folks complain about.
Another thought:
NEVER try to flush when you're constipated. You're lucky you threw it up.Advertisement
