I just started ut a couple days ago. As of now, i take a small dropper, and put a few drops under the tongue. I always have bad cleansing side effects , so i decided to start out slow. I am going to work my way up, i am doing this for skin problems, breakouts. Is this a good way to start out? I would like to massage it into my skin as well, i have been storing it in a cup with something covering it for 4 days now, and was going to apply it tonight, but, i have heard it needs to be stored with a airway opening at the top. So, what is the correct way to store the urine? And maybe if i am doing the Ut wrong for my problem , what would be a good protocol for skin problems? Thanks....
