I used to mix various stuff together and get dark brownish yucky looking potions that were not the least bit appetizing in appearance, and sometimes the smell didn't compel me to drink it either. Then one day on curezone somebody, can't remeber who but God bless 'em, posted an awesome recipe. I tried it, loved it, and still love it. It was GREEN apples, GREEN parsley, and GREEN spinach. One day I got to thinkin', (I do that every now and then)I thought: what makes this GREEN drink so good? It sure looks good, aint yucky brown, just a beautiful color GREEN, and it smells great too. Then it hit me, (sometimes that happens too) why not try mixing all my juices by color! Been doin' that and I really like it!
For example-
RED apples and RED beet juice
ORANGE carrots and ORANGE citrus
RED
Watermelon and RED beet juice
Golden beets which look kinda' ORANGE and Carrots which are ORANGE
GREEN apples and almost any GREEN greens
of course I like to go solo with stuff a lot of times too.
Anyway, what do you all think about my color coded
juicing idea?
This weekend I'm thinkin' I'll try something new-
GREEN kiwi, GREEN parsley, and maybe some GREEN celery, apple, or spinach?
