Static electricity is most often generated by walking on carpet with rubber soled shoes, but also increases in the dry winter air (maybe dehydration and dry skin make your friend more sensitive to weather fluctuations). It seems that not much is made of the significance of electrolytes in health. Maybe copper bracelets and magnetism are more important to the proper functioning of the body than we thought. There is a neglected branch of medicine called ELECTROMEDICINE that used to be more popular.

Can't comment on QRS but I do know of a case involving a child where the child is quite ill. She has not been formally diagnosed, but I suspect that she may have a few illnesses including Fibromyalgia. She's lethargic, foggy , gets headaches quite often and she's very sensitive to EMF's.
