ALKALIZINGKATIE
I am still not getting results from calcium supplements. I have increased my source of calcium in foods alot, but still need more. Citrate doesnt work for me. And I know I am really low. I was wondering if you could tell me how much water
oz calcium I need a day, or just water
oz. It looks like the water
oz has twice the calcium as their calcium only supp. And i know you can muscle test over the internet. So here are the products Im looking at.
Water oz
water
oz calcium alone
I suspect the problem is more that I need more magnesium, not so much calcium.
