I just did my third
Liver Flush and I'm going to do another fast with pb shakes the next couple of weeks. To replace the healthy bacteria I like to make my own yogurt. The problem is where I'm living now it's difficult to preheat the milk to 200 degrees. I have no stove, just a yogurt maker that keeps the temperature stable. It doesn't preheat the milk.
I was looking on the internet about preheating milke temperatures and I found a few posts of people telling how good their coconut milk yogurt was. I never thought about using coconut milk. I'm sure that would be better than milk because there wouldn't be any candida present, coconut (oil) is good at killing candida, and I wouldn't have to preheat it.
Anyone ever try it? If not, I'll make some soon and tell you all how it went.
