Im using Barefoot MH, kidney cleanse formula, I noticed it contains a couple of the same ingredients as yours, these include: Marsmellow Root and Ginger Root? Could this mess up the effectiveness of your formula?

Here are the other ingredients of the Kidney Cleanse : Hydrangea Rt, Parsley, Gravel rt, Uva Ursi, Black Cherry Bark, Juniper Berry, Olive Leaf, Cilantro, Cedar Berry, Golden Rod Tinctures and Wild Oregano. Anything there should I be concerned there?

Also today i had bloating in my stomach, I assume this is part of die - off aswell?
