Nice Tricepts. That is important for shoulder strenght, flexibility. A buddy's wife was a nurse, and she injured her shoulder on the job, and has been out of work for a while. I have seen guys do shoulder shrugs, with heavier weights. Not lifting with their arms, just raising and rotating their shoulders.
I have pulled my tricepts a few times, lifting things to the side. I try to do the Airplane exercise, with my arms extended to my sides, and turning my arms in 1 foot circle, nealry horizontal. Sometimes I use light weights, and arm raising motions, with my palms downward, to strenthen, and make my tricepts more flexible.
