"My acupuncturist thinks I am doing too much and wants me to start eating meat and eggs again and stop liver flushing."
You also stated you should give liver flushing a break and I would listen to your inner voice. Maybe your body requires a "building" cycle.
I would suggest finding out what gland dominates and whether you may be a protein type or a mixed type with a protein emphasis. Knowing this can help you adjust your diet. Maybe even look at

for some ideas... Invincible may be able to offer more information on that than I.
I do way too much to list here... up at 4:00 - 4:30 A.M., exercise etc... everything I put in my mouth is food, juice, or herbs for cleansing, detoxing, or building with only one or two meals a week as cheats... and my cheats are still healthy (and organic) by anyones standards.
I eat the best quality, organic WHOLE foods I can find, not processed, refined or artificial anything if I can help it and make all my own meals from scratch... a good part of my days and weekend activities are preparing and fixing, making kombucha, herbal teas, picking, preparing and soon to be planting, tending and harvesting. I do make occasional concessions for the family, eating out or visiting family and friends, but this is rare... less than 2 times a month these days. Of course, that too is subject to change.
I colon cleansed four times before I had what I would define as healthy bowel habits and before I started liver flushing. Kidney cleanses helped me too.
Read my past posts on what I did and do now. My diet does evolve and change as the in season produce changes and\or my needs seem to change. I really focus on listening to my body as much as I can.
