I know skin brushing is highly recommended, but Im just wondering if it could make the stretch marks longer or worse in any way?
I have lots on my abdomen and have been brusing for a few months once a day with little improvement. Now im not sure if they've gotten longer....

out or not...also I would recommend you using
the search function and checking out stretch
marks for more info on how to deal with yours.

I had not seen the website you link to before, I think perhaps I tried to access it in the past with no success.
I had read the links concerning skin brushing on CZ especially from Mental Nomad, who noticed good results.
I will have to get some emu oil!
I will try to keep an eye on mine to see if they are increasing inadvertently, perhaps my nutrition is off then....

MoreThis is a reply to # 883,958you can dry skin brush on ur breasts...but avoid the nipple area. I don't particularly know why you avoid the nipple area though but thats what I read up on.
