This is a reply to # 804,254As per the book and the experience of many of us limes are just fine.
To me the Agave thing is just more hoopla trying to popularize a new product. I tried researching a while back and could not find any nutritional and mineral content info to see how it compared with the maple syrup.
As far as >I'm< concerned the MS has worked fine and dandy for tens of thousands of folks so if it ain't broke don't fix it

How fresh is the agave? I would be more concerned with that then anything, you can always switch if you are waning...although I switched to blackstrap midstream last Master-Cleanse and felt like ca-ca..still have it in the fridge and switched back to old faithful lemons and lime....I agree with Pepe, citrus still the best I say!
