okay... for me:
1. MUCH whiter teeth
2. Very healthy pink gums oral tissue including the tongue
3. New gum growth where it had once been severely receding, including in and around an implant (I second guess this decision some)
4. MUCH more hard and solid (stronger roots I suppose) teeth
5. NO plaque at all; this from someone that had such bad plaque build up I went 4 times a year for cleanings
Wife:
Same as above with the addition of:
Her periodontal disease pockets have been reduced significantly... her family and dentist all said it was literally amazing the improvement. In fact her family was so impressed, her RN sister, RN mother and dental hygienist all started oil pulling LOL.
She has had these results with less than daily pulling and usually for 10 minutes or less when she does.
We both stay as far away from fluoride as possible (she does not eat organic as I do unless she eats what I fix on occasion, so gets fluoride in the food she eats) and I encourage her to use toothpastes without glycerin if possible; I use a mix of clay, baking soda, and
Sea Salt .
oh yes...
My skin, no wrinkles at 50, and feet are about as smooth as they have been in 10 - 15 years and feel the oil pulling has helped some with that.
