Thank you for your info about leaky gut. It is very useful to me.
I was very keen to pursue oil pulling, when I was told on the OP site that if I have Amalgam fillings (which I do), that it is dangerous to carry out the practice.
There is no mention of that on the site you mention, however. Perhaps I shall do some research on the subject.

Good that you researched on your own, i might've been up to my knees for not knowing that.
I forgot to mention that not only when the focus is on the anti-fungals the toxics becomes an excessive concern for the recovery of the mucous/villi.
On the same time i'm a little susceptible to garlic, i took every anti-fungal off my protocol today including garlic just to take a look at how things turn out.- Re: Thanks Carthage HOWBURN

Since posting to you I asked a question on the oil pulling support forum about amalgams, just to get a bit more info. Two members have already replied who have amalgams, have been OPing for six months, with only positive benefits.
Apparently its a bit of a grey area. I am therefore going to start again in the morning with sunflower oil (coz I have that in already), and, if I get any negative affects, will just stop it.
