I went ahead with a 2nd full OO/citrus mix 2 hours after my 4th ES, then drank 2 more ES drinks a few hours later. By then, I'd noticed Hanna's response and checked Clark's site, finding that such a drastic protocol wasn't necessary. 1/2 the OO/citrus drink and only 1 ES drink 2 hours later would have been sufficient.
Anyways, results: The "big stones" fell apart and came out as an additional 150 small stones, plus many less than 2 mm in size so I didn't count them. The feeling of big stones causing feelings of pressure inside the liver vanished within 30 minutes of drinking the 2nd OO/citrus drink, and all the
Epsom Salts certainly cleaned me out. During the whole time, I kept up on water consumption with 1/4 tsp of
Sea Salt and ES each added to each 2 liter bottle of water (I drank 2 of them), so I didn't get dehydrated, headaches or muscle spasms later. However, the added protocol really extended the weak, worn-out feeling and my kidneys ached for the first time in months. My tongue was coated with a thick coating of white mucus, more than usual. So I worked hard on detoxing: extra detox footpads for 2 days, oil swishing, dry skin brushing, the lemon/egg/oil drink the next 2 mornings, and an epsom salt/baking soda detox bath the 2nd day after. My tongue is finally pink again, my kidneys have stopped aching, and the mental fog (which I haven't experienced since trying the detox foot pads following flushes, 2 flushes ago) disappeared the next day.
Why did the large stones fall apart? Sounds like the same thing as with GCG. I had prepared by taking 5 500 mg capsules of apple pectin, twice a day, as recommended by my colon hydrotherapist. However, instead of going for only 9 days, as recommended, I had to continue for an extra 5 days due to unexpected events during the holidays. So I think the extra pectin acted to dissolve stones that had collected into larger stones, so that the larger stones disintegrated into smaller stones and a LOT of chaff. An option for dealing with large stone removal!
The extra OO/citrus drink really does a good job of dislodging extra stones, but the extra ES and major toxin load took a toll on my elimination pathways.
I'm happy with the results now, and am curious to try Clark's procedure next time I feel remaining stones after the 4th ES in the future. I think this procedure is less drastic than what I did, and would be just as productive.
Anyways, if anyone else has problems with stones that moved but didn't come out, this procedure is possible and effective, but I recommend Clark's procedure.
Comments and similar experiences would be appreciated!
