As far back as I can remember, this is the warmest weather I have known for this time of year. Our grass looks green, I mowed it clear up into November...

The local ski resort 3 miles away has green slopes, they have had 3 days so far that it was cold enough to make snow. durring those 3 days the weather was so violent it RIPPED a 5 year old screen door completely off of a building of mine.

The geese are hanging around as are a few robins, they don't believe winter is here yet.

I believe this to be the first time that the ski resort has had no snow by the Holidays, normally they make their most $$$$ between December 25th and the new year holiday, now they have grass. ALWAYS is has been cold enough by now to at least make snow at night time, but our weather has stayed in the 30s and 40s at night so far.

The long hard winters of 40-50 years ago seem to be gone, in 2-3 weeks we should have below zero tempatures and knee-waist deep snow to be like it was back when I was a child. The roads use to close and some times the army reserve had to bring out the big equipment to dig paths down the country roads, that has not happened for over 20 years.

I LIKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but I wonder how far it is going to go! What will it be like 50 more years from now, will the bottom half of Florida be a group of Islands and New York City be history, many have been predicting this will be so. Some say in 50 years Toronto will have the weather Florida now has. When the poles change, surely the entire earth is going to change with them. Just as man is attempting to change the rotation by building dams, the earth will change and along with it, the weather. But what about the moon? Surely it will fight with the earth and resist any non-natural rotation! The next 50 years will be interesting. Big brother says our eyes are liars, that we are heading for an ice age and not global warming, so who do we believe? Does the movie "the day after" have any theory behind it, is this what big brother thinks is going to happen? If so, New York City and the North period will probably loose its property values eventually, but no one ever cares about anything, until the day it knocks at the door. We humans don't migrate anymore, we plant our feet and like to die in the land we were born in.

So the question is, are we heading for warmer climate or as bush says, an ice age?

My eyes say global warming, but history has proven the eyes to be the false profits and earth history as the truths. No one knows the earth's cycles better than the farmer, he stole all the ancient history and locked it up so only they know and we are left to guess.
