I did another one last night and was once again, in awe of what we can achieve in our own homes, in terms of health maintenance. Again I followed the H. Clarke protocol except for conducting all the procedures 1 hour later (oil + grapefruit juice at 11pm not 10pm) so that I would go to sleep at my normal time.
I awoke at 7am and immediately expelled green-brown & oily granulated mush! On inspection, the 'granules' are 1mm-2mm diameter. I guess this is 'chaff' though I don't know for sure. It did have a distinct green hue and does look like tiny stones 'sludged together', so I believe it is liver or gall-bladder derived..
Subsequent bowel movements over the course of 2 hours resulted in the removal of many stones, the largest measuring 28mm! That's nearly 3cm! It's kind of exciting to see dramatic results like this. I thought that this time I would display my stones on a disposable plate. I didn't photograph the cutlery. Next time. Below is the photo link:
