I've heard that some people take Epsom Salt capsules during LFs instead of the standard mixing it with water and then drinking it. Is there a place to purchase Epsom Salt capsules or would I have to manually do that myself? The doses of Epsom Salt tastes VILE! Thanks.

This is a reply to # 798,249No.... you have to buy the empty capsules and fill em up. Have you tried grapfruit juice with Epsom Salts ?

MoreThis is a reply to # 798,249Wild Oats sells the empty capsules. And I'm sure that Whole Foods sells them too. I just completed my 6th Liver Flush last week and made the capsules because I hate the taste of the Epsom Salt too with water or juice. The Hilda Clark site, I think, sells them already made.
