Yes I do the enemas the oth.
The thing is that you dont have to take so much epsom salt if you manage to do enemas the day after. The epsom salt is taken in several doses to create diarrhea so that you expel the stones. That is very harsh for the bowels. Epsom salt is also magnesium sulphate which is a form of magnesium that is'nt the best for the body and such high doses of epsom salt will totally interfere with your electrolyte balance as it will create a magnesium overdose, this is devastating for the kidneys.
The only time you need epsom salt is the first dose to relax the bile ducts, since magnesium is a muscle relaxer.
But you do not need further doses if you do enemas the other day, and they will clean you out better than epsom salt. A diarrhea is not cleansing at all, it just creates more mess and the watery poo that is'nt eliminated sticks to your colon wall. Blech!
you said that you had taken Dr Shultze formula for 3 months now and that's the only way for you to have a BM, that means that your colon is lazy and dependant on laxatives. This can be fixed! But do you need patience for this
It takes some time, but it is doable.
Please read on this site as how to make a bowel movement in a natural way, there are many other options that are more colon friendly:

This page lists some herbal laxatives and Dr.Shulzes formulas for bovel movement, but ignore those parts and try to pick out the other options.
Flax seed tea is very good have you tried it? I would try that out first!

And you need lots of minerals to get the colon working, and fluids! Sour drinks often makes the bowels to contract and that can get things going, try do drink a glass of warm water with the juice of one whole lemon in it upon wakening. Also try to add some organic, raw, fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar (not the white storebought one) and add 1-2 tbl spoons to that. (in healt-stores usually)
You simply have to train that colon up.
Good luck!
And no more Dr. Shulze! :)
