NOW brand psyllium husks?

Hi,
Did anyone hear about this brand? I'm planning on using their psyllium so i was wondering if it's good enough?
Originaly i wanted to use Sonne's psyllium, but it contains soy flour which put me off.

So it's more of a decision weather to take the famous Sonne's Internal Cleanser even thou it has Soy flour (can't imagine why they put it in), or something like NOW's or SOlgar's Psyllium husks powder. MoreThis is a reply to # 795,595I had an herbalist tell me that your psyllium supplement should contain psyllium at least 2500 mg and should not have anything else, except what the capsule is made of which should be gelatin, and maybe something to keep it from sticking together. I think it with magnesium something or another. She told me to get this thing called Preserve, it is from a company that I got my Colon Cleanse from, also recomenned by her. It is called Puristat...i believe it is
