i am never constipated but i eat lots of linseed, flax oil, lsa etc. i do have varing stools thou to firm one day and really mushy next day. also they are definalty not a healthy brown colour either but guess this is due to overworked liver and bile production. my main symptoms that i had (still do)when i erradicated candida (well so the test said, but its back now and i can now tell candida symptoms form non candida symptoms) i have really foul smelly gas, low grade general body tremors, and quite a few other things that i dont think is from candida but from blasto, but who nos.... candida gives me vaginitis and bladder iratation and brainfog, oh burning skin and twitchy muscles etc.
