In my experience (which isn't much), when doing the
Water Fast or any other fast...
You should only be drinking the water (or juices) because that helps filter you out. No diet pill is o.k. to take.
You could seriously harm your body and I think that no amount of dieting is worth hurting your body.
Think about the word diet, it has the word die in it.
When your trying to fast, think of it as a way to cleanse your body.
I fast for weightloss also but point is that it should be used as a way to really clean your organs (mainly giving your intenstines a break).
Try meditating and when your done make a little alone time for you to reallyponder on life's greatest gifts and your greatest need of self being.
Don't let it be all about weightloss, otherwise it's kinda like watching the clock to make it to the next hour. It will eventually seem like it's taking longer because your watching it all of the time.
I don't mean to sound like I'm jumping down pipes here but, we are human don't speed something up if it doesn't need to.
Just really find your ground and everything will follow.
Good luck on your journey and I knopw you can do it. We seem to do better at these things (fasting) when we are sick.
