remember, the smell cleared up with my diet, but my kidneys got worse with the foaming(an even worse sign) so that is when i took the cleanse. there are no magic bullets(except maybe CS, but thats another story) because the only way to get cured is to change lifestyle, diet being the primary factor in that. get a distiller for your home and drink nothing but it or stuff like tea or juice made with it. that is the first thing to helping your kidneys. there is a lot of bad stuff out there and it ends up inside of us. its gonna take work to get you out of hot water. mercury and fluoride. thats what you have to learn about and fast.
