When I'm done pulling, the oil is still yellowish, despite swishing for nearly half an hour. I never had that problem when I used Bertolli Olive Oil. Do I need to pull for longer or switch to another type of oil. Despite the oil being yellowish, am I still getting the full benefits?- Re: Venting and asking questions.... trapper/kcmo

This is a reply to # 788,824the color of the oil afer pulling is determined somewhat by the color of the oil when you begin. i never go by color but by the viscosity, or i should say lack thereof. when the oil has thinned out so that it is watery and cannot be swished into a thicker state, that is when it is done. i go by feel every time, no matter how long it takes. if i need to spit before it is done, i just do it. it may waste a little oil, but it doesnt hurt a thing otherwise.
KEEP SWISHING OIL!!!
