I have never used it to add to the mixture and i can't find any in liqud form, does it make a difference if I dont? Does it effect the effectiveness of the flushing?

But it says you have to add two drops to the oo/grapefruit mixture. Or do i just take it the same time?
Also, did you notice any difference when using it or not? What is it supposed to do?

MoreThis is a reply to # 786,518I take 2-4 capsules and it seems to aid in the digestion of the olive oil.
I also take 4 aloe vera capsules to aid in digestion of the oil.
