In the morning you take COQ10 and Ozonated Olive oil. What is the best way to do this - wash the COQ10 down with the OOO or take one first and how far apart - it seems taking COQ10 with water - then the OOO - combined at the same time - might make one barfy. ++++ I also could only find locally NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine 600mg - is this OK instead of the instructed L-Cysteine 500mg? NAC is supposedly a more stable form of Cysteine is all I know about it.
