Gday fellow b-types
Im just after some advice on food that provides plenty of protein. After learning that i'm a type B i've slowly reduced my chicken and pork intake to zilch. as a result i've noticed my eczema improving slightly but on the other hand i've lost 3kg (from 68kg) within 2-3 weeks.
Are there any other foods that are beneficial to weight training?
