Ok its almost been two weeks since i started the lemon treatment but i can safely say that my lips have returned to normal. Of course the real test will be to see if they stay that way!

I found out about half way through the treatment that i was using the lemon technique incorrectly even though i was getting some positive results so heres how i made the technique work better for me:

Instead of forcing peeling after using the lemon i just applied the lemon a few times a day but ONLY exfoliated the dead skin that was very loose. If the skin turned white but was not loose then i didnt peel it. I think the problem was that 11years didnt really explain how MUCH skin should be peeled off after using the lemon but i found out that its much better to just peel only what is very loose skin and not to force it. This way i think theres less irritation and should speed up the healing process. Results were achieved much more quickly for me this way as well.

Very happy with results so far the skin isnt peeling anymore when i dont use lemon -its much stronger and more normal looking. Ive still got 2 days of treatment to go though so ill keep using it for now.
