how many lies do you believe? i dont mean falsehoods that are due to people being in error. i am talking about those things we are told to intentionally manipulate us by deception? in this country(US), its called sales(even in politics and religion). and usually we are told the things we want to hear, so the lies become precious to us and we embrace them. how dare anyone come along and tell us any different. what? are we dumb? are we that easily deceived? yes. yes we are.

by the time a person realizes that they have been lied to, they usually have an entire lifetime of lies to deal with. at that point, the prudent person starts over again and builds their data base once again, point by point, checking the reality of it for themselves in order to reject the lies and accept the truth. for most of us, this is a lifelong process. no one else can do it for you, either. they have all been lied to, too.
