Hi,
Well, it's Saturday and I have a little more time to devote to my health and to curezone. I had a thought a few minutes ago when I was swishing.....Has anyone used castor oil to swish?
The main reason I thought about castor oil is I have decided to use it as my moisturizer when I get out of the shower. As healing as castor oil is, I figured it couldn't hurt.

You know, I thought about that. But in the end, I decided that I am getting great benefits from the oils I'm using, and I want to enjoy my experience...if you know what I mean? I just think it would be too yucky.
But for goodness sake, try it and let us know. Maybe it will be the holy grail of oils.

The Bio Cleanse
Complete detox kit for removing toxins, heavy metals, parasites and mucoid plaque.
Used it once and found the texture quite heavy. I have considered using it again but mixed with a little Willard's water to see if it would lighten up.
Thought I would try 1/4 tsp Willard's water with slightly less than 1 TBS caster oil; I just haven't built up sufficient courage yet but will report. - Re: Castor Oil trapper/kcmo
