I have found that I needed to really go back to basic-type meals, like meat'n'two veg [not potatoes obviously] and salads and home-made curries [yum!].
I have omelettes for breakfast most of the time - or left-overs.
I have home-made stews/soups portioned up and frozen for my 'ready-meals' so I can make sure there's no nasties in them.
