Moreless,
How would you guage whether a person has a healthy level of minerals.
Plasma tests and even RBC mineral tests are IMHO debatable. My wife scores
perfectly on all these tests, yet has the beginnings of osteoporosis.
Now if one was a vet one could look at hooves and coat to judge an animals health, but I wonder if one can tell much from fingernails and hair......
Hair testing is hotly debated and as you pointed out in a previous post, possibly
reflects what was happening in the body many months ago
The Ph paper surely tells us something...but even then, as you have pointed out
there can be false readings so having perfect scores on the Ph paper (my daughter scores perfectly yet still has weak nails) is not an ideal way to judge mineral status.
You have undoubtedly been following your protocol for some time....is there
anything that strikes you as a signpost in which you said AHA...I am somehow better
physically as a result of remineralization.
