It has cellulase in this saplement about 53 mg per pill, and also 4 more enzymes: protease ,lipase, amilase and lactase. They recomend to take 1 capsule 1/2 an hour before and after each meal. I just don't know if it's enough to fight Candida.May be I need take more then that? I take them for 3 days already, but not much results so far ( I finished Water Fast about week ago, and try to eat anti-candida diet since then, now prepare for my Liver Flush next saturday)
