1. straws do help and I like the small holed ones
for mcing. Some people rinse their mouths and brush
afterward as they feel the need.
2. I think the unsulphured blackstrap molasses may
have added some extra minerals and I used a tablespoon
or two per day. My first long cleanse my teeth hurt
in the beginning, my second one they did not, so I
attribute perhaps to the molasses or that the initial
detox was done in that area??
3. I did a 30 day cleanse in June. There were quite
a few of us who did longer cleanses during that time
and blogged our way together.
Look at Seunim's blog

and Peanuts blog

Mine...there are many blogs which can offer supportive
info and of course archived info. You will find a
list at anyone's blog to the right of the page which
says, Similar blogs...
Some like Detour did a month or more...maybe it was 45
days at the same time we did but he did not blog.
4. Your senna tea is probably fine, although there are
some yummy lax choices out there. I love the Chocolate
Smooth Move with a dab of maple syrup~~
Here is a list of choices~

I wish you much success on your cleanse. The biggest
challenge is the emotional one. Once you finally
commit though, that seems half the battle.
be happy, be well,
