i just found this forum. I've been battling growing a beard and moustache since I was in 7th grade, around 13. I'm now 21, and I have hair that grows worse than the typical man. I've had laser, tweezing, at-home and salon waxing, rubbing, and shaving. Shaving is the quickest. My skin got so bad from shaving I had an opaque, bright red rash starting from the hollow of my cheek clear down to almost the bottom of my neck. The only way to really deal with it is to shave it everyday w/ a single blade razor. using more than one blade can pull the hair and cause irritations. Use a face wash or a cold cream. I've tried everything down to hair conditioner for my face. That will be your best bet. Using electric most likely won't get as close, and it may cause your skin to become irritated, cause ingrown hairs, and dry skin unless you find a good moisturizer.
