i am mixing MH's tooth powder(herbs) with evening primrose oil and putting that on just before bed and sleeping with it on.
i am sure that if you keep going, your teeth will be as close to perfect as you body can allow, you know genetics and all. the greens with the calcium and silica in it are the ones that do the most good.
horsetail has a lot of silica in it. thats what the bears used to start their summer with in the springtime, that and a little spruce sap(probably a dewormer). they are the first plant in the woods to grow and the first to react to the slightest frost in the fall. in fact, thats how we could tell the temp made it down that low. once it got below zero, you could tell the temp outside by the crunch of snow under foot or by the feeling of the hairs in your nose freezing when you breath in.
