It is not user friendly. (sorry I downloaded it). I've just been on a discussion group about it and read nothing but complaints. It has only telephone support and has discarded the tools and causes crashes. It maybe good for computer designers and security, but you have to be a computer engineer to configure it properly.- Re: Warning: Internet Explorer 7 is ... grzbear

Maybe you can resolve the shockwave issue here?

I usually use my firefox browser because of its speed

Wish we´d known about this earlier - we too downloaded IE 7 and had problems for quite a while after. Now they seem to have ´died´down.... otherwise is there anyway to undo do the download? Like delete it out of the system?
